WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICE ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT.
Your item(s) must meet the following conditions in order to be approved for a return:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30days upon receiving your order
- Item(s) must be in it's original packaging, unworn, unwashed with hygiene stickers and swing tags intact
- Undergarments must be worn when trying on item(s)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. This includes any order with a discount applied.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we are unable to offer free returns on international orders.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll get a store credit notification via email within 3 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received any updates, please contact us at hello@bareboneswim.com or our contact page. -
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@bareboneswim.com or our contact page immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your package shows signs that it was damaged in transit please email our customer service team within 7 days. -
Generally we are able to make manual changes and cancellations, if the order has not been shipped and/or payment has not been received. Please contact us immediately at our contact page or hello@bareboneswim.com
Please note that we process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Sale items including items with a discount applied.
- Items that have been worn with the hygiene sticker and/or tags removed
- Items that have been marked, stained or damaged.
- Gift Cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and store credits has been issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store credits including gift cards do not have an expiration date on them

You can use your store credit via our website, simply apply the code at checkout.
