Once the package leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipping couriers. We encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for delivery and quote your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information. Barebone does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Generally, we are unable to make changes to details of an order once it has been dispatch. However, you may contact the shipping courier to request for the parcel to be redirected here.
Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we offer refunds for store credits. Refunds processed back to the original mode of payment depend on the sole discretion of the case.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

We currently offer full and partial refunds on a case-by-case basis in the form of store credits.
If the item(s) fulfils all of the return conditions, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the event that a product is damaged during the shipping process, and Barebone Swim is held not responsible, please contact our customer service team within 7 days.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
